RUSTIC OAKS RANCH – A hidden treasure

40 Acre Oak Forest with seasonal stream, privately owned off a private street just off the 5 Freeway. One corner of the property abuts the Freeway. Full working barn, BBQ to feed 300, roads, water and ATVs available. Plenty of parking and turn arounds. One of the most pristine properties within the city limits. Believed to be the most affordable open land/woods location within the TMZ.
